Given your dependents, you can start creating a simple Will on this page by designating everything to your immediate next of kin. Alternatively, you might choose to leave the bulk of your estate to your dependents while making specific "bequests" - designations of particular items, property, or assets to specific individuals or organizations.

Another option is to identify specific items you wish to bequeath to particular individuals and then outline how the remaining estate should be distributed, perhaps to a different person or organization.

Whatever you decide, you'll have the opportunity to provide detailed descriptions of how your property will be distributed on the following pages. Take the time to consider your preferences and, if needed, seek guidance from professionals to ensure your wishes are accurately reflected in your Will. Your Will is created by way of your responses to the form questions. For any help with completing your Will, review the Questions and Answers section to the left of each page, and you can click on any of the Tool-Tip question marks to learn more about writing your last Will and Testament.
